PROOF OF PURCHASE:
In order for us to fulfill your order, we will need proof of purchase of the original item for which you need replacement files. Valid proof of purchase can be any of the following:
If you have the Tapspace order ID of the original purchase from our webstore, enter that in the field above. Otherwise, you may submit proof of purchase in the form of a picture of either the receipt or the book via our Contact Us form.
If you don't see the piece you are looking for in the Title of Product menu above, it may be because it is a licensed piece and we are not allowed to distribute the files electronically. Click here to order physical replacement parts for licensed pieces.
